(Hell) Rayzor Roadhouse Sports Bar - Harveyville, Kansas (Hell) Razor Roadhouse in Harveyville, Kansas has a very limited menu, almost exclusively hamburgers. The restaurant occupies a former garage which Kevin Rayzor converted in 2016 following a 2012 tornado which damaged much of the town. The restaurant was a longtime dream of his wife Bobbi. You choose the size burger (1/4 pound single, 1/2 pound single or 1 pound double) and then select from a number of cheeses, sauces and condiments. The burgers are a bargain, costing $10.05, $12.95 or $15.95 and coming with a generous serving of hand cut fires and no charge for accompaniments including cheese, bacon, grilled onions, mushrooms, grilled jalapenos and others that cost more at most restaurants. My burger was cooked well done instead of the medium I ordered and was not juicy. Although it wasn't listed, I requested mustard, but my burger came without it and the server did not return to the table until we were finished, so I couldn't ask again. We weren't offered refills on our iced tea or soda until the end of our meal as well. The only other items on the menu are grilled cheese and chicken strips. Well after we ordered, I spotted a list of appetizers on the wall which was not visible as you walk in the door or from our table. In addition to the menu, they offer fried pickles, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. We would have tried the onion rings if we had known.
