Topeka Computing Museum - Topeka, Kansas Archive Page Only - the collection is now being liquidated. The modest Topeka Computing Museum, also known as "Ed's $48 Collection," is a fun place to spend a few minutes while visiting other Topeka, Kansas attractions. Open whenever Jayhawk Walk is open, the free Topeka Computing Museum fills some no longer used store windows inside an office and retail building near the Kansas State Capitol building. Displays include products by Apple, Atari , Commodore, Calculators, DOS machines, foreign machines, kits, Macintosh, Notepads, Pong, and toys. I enjoyed looking at the old toys, tools and computers, but would like it better with labels and comments to put the materials in context. The Topeka Computing Museum is a nice one person contribution to the Topeka community.
